Simon James Wedding Video Productions provides a complete and professional wedding videography and DVD authoring service to areas including Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, Noosa, Coolum, Toowoomba, Ipswich and Stradbroke Island in Queensland, as well as Northern New South Wales areas including Byron Bay.

Simon James is an accredited member of AVPA - the Australian Video Producers Association - Australia's premier industry organisation for video production professionals. This accreditation is an acknowledgement of Simon James' professionalism and expertise as a wedding videographer, wedding video editor and wedding video producer.

Professional standard digital technology is employed throughout all stages of the wedding video production to final output to DVD. Wedding videography is via the Sony PD-150 broadcast quality digital 3CCD video camera, renowned for capturing exceptional images in both natural and low light situations e.g. candlelight. The sound recording is via three separate sound recording systems including state of the art digital radio microphones. (Three way sound recording is via camera mic + radio mic + Hi-MD Mini Disc.) Post-production (editing) employs the Pinnacle / Avid non-linear digital editing system.

The Wedding DVD presentation is complete with custom made Wedding DVD menu, full sound mix combining live sound and music of the client's choice. Flexible wedding day coverage allows for videoing the entire day or selected single events such as the wedding ceremony, wedding reception or speeches only. Two copies of the Wedding DVD are included in all packages. The DVD's are provided in both leading recordable DVD formats: - R and + R, for maximum DVD player compatibility. Additional copies of wedding videos and DVD's can be ordered. These are presented in the industry standard DVD case with custom designed labeling and packaging.
